外贸助理实习
As we all know there is a significant gap between school studies and real office work. For international students, the gap is even more significant. The language barrier, the factory resources, the product forwarder resources and the working experience, anything could make the gap larger.
But among those reasons, working experience is the key barrier for an international student to find a job. In many cases, our candidates missed their first job opportunities because of the lack of working experience. Unfortunately, the real situation is poorer that most of the international students could hardly find a major-matched internship. Say nothing of the working experience.
On the other side, China is under a revolution of manufacturing up-gradation. The upgrade of products leads to a large demand of new buyers. Many manufacturing and trading companies are looking for new salespersons to develop new markets for their new products. International student can be a good help.
The purpose of this internship is to provide the international students a real office work to overcome those gaps and build a bridge between academic studies and daily business.
Moreover, rather than a simple internship, ours is an internship program. We have done a survey towards the international students studying trade and business in Hangzhou. The internship is designed based on the survey results and the requirements from the employers.
瑅客扎根杭州，每年我们都会遇到不少经贸或者国际公共关系的留学生毕业了想在中国找工作。他们中有的是本科生，有的是硕士生。有些是浙大的，有些是财经的、工商的、理工的或者其他学校的。都想找外贸类的工作。
他们学术背景扎实，英语流利，汉语也不错，自己的母语就更不用说了。但是为什么每每遇到面试，总是铩羽而归？只有其中的一小部分人能够找到贸易或者相关的工作，留在中国。
问题的关键多半在于工作经验不足和行业背景的缺乏。用人单位大多希望候选人拥有至少三个月的实务经历、比较扎实的行业基础和清晰的销售思路。举个例子，如果一个化工行业的外贸业务员只懂贸易，不懂化学，这肯定是不行的。而这些都是学校无法提供的。
也就是说，对于一个想要从事出口贸易的外籍留学生来说，虽然在语言和文化上有着很大的优势，但是就细分行业的背景知识（尤其是专业相关的汉语）和外贸的经验仍旧是不足的。
瑅客外贸助理实习项目在原有外贸助理职能的基础上做了一定程度的修改，为有志于从事外贸工作的在杭州的留学生提供了一个实习和背景提升的短期工作机会。我们希望通过这个项目，不仅能够帮助瑅客探索更多的海外商业机会，找准产品方向，开发更多的客户资源，同时也能够帮助到在杭州的贸易类留学生。
A Program NOT just An Internship 实习更是学习
The internship consists of a pre-intern training, three months of office work and few hours of field work. The pre-intern training is delicately scheduled once a week; and a practical office practice will be applied right after the training accordingly. Some of the training topics are brand new which had not been learnt at school, while some of them are learnt but operationally new. Additionally, we will have a field work during the internship, visiting a manufacturer in Hangzhou or the places adjacent.
不同于其他单位的实习项目，瑅客的实习项目配备了完善的实习生进阶计划。我们做了相应的调研，实习中的一部分内容是实习生在学校里学过的，到公司里来实践和应用。还有一大部分是学校里没有学过的，他们边学习边工作。每周固定的工作培训和当周的工作实务会配合同步。我们在最后还会安排合作企业的走访，让实习生了解真实的产品生产流程。
Responsibilities 工作内容
Nowadays, the main focus of TiC business consulting is on the product categories below:
commonly used electronic accessories
audio and video accessories
wedding apparel
hand tools
food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical used packaging products
food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical raw materials (long-term)
photo voltaic products (long-term)
Internships will be placed in one of the above main focuses to approach new buyers and to identify competitive manufacturers.
结合瑅客现在的业务现状，我们会在如下的某一个方向安排学生实习，结合他们各自的特色，着力开发他们自己母国的业务：
常用电子产品的配套附件（如：充电器、充电线、电源等）
视频和音频设备的配套设备（如：音箱、喇叭、投影仪配件等）
食品、化妆品和医药产品的原料和包装
婚纱礼服
手持工具
光伏材料
Target 实习目标
Our internship is a pathway for the international students to try some real business. After the internship, we wish all our intern-academics can posses a general idea about the below items:
1. your product interests
2. manufacturers of those products
3. traders of those products
4. potential buyers of those products overseas
5. price of those products
6. shipping affairs of those products
7. customs and tariff issue related to those products
We will help our intern-academics to find a full-time job after they graduate.
希望经过在瑅客的外贸实习，各位实习生能够对出口的各个流程有一个大概的了解。能够找到自己希望入行的细分行业，并且对该行业的供需双方有一个大概的认识。还能够掌握一定的客户开发的能力。
瑅客还会在他们实习结束之后，帮助优秀的实习生找到对口的全职工作。

Basic Salary底薪:
500RMB/month with full attendance
Bonus提成:
30% net margin for every order newly established
