General Items of Our Service   基本服务流程

 

1.   接收您的岗位信息,按照您的需要,搜寻和联系候选人,沟通职位要求和薪资要求及工作环境;
2.   对于能力、工作经历、教育资历、国籍、语言能力及你们要求的其他条件达到的,我们会把候选人的履历和照片发给您,并和您沟通他的其他相关情况。
3.   您觉得合适的,安排现场或者视频面试,面试地点和方式按照雇主方便的原则;如有需要,我们提供免费的面试翻译服务。
4.   对于面试通过的,可以开始商谈到岗工作、签订合同和签证办理的事宜。
5.   约定达成,候选人入职,入职后5个工作日内预付服务费的70%
6.   在约定合同保障期内,内因员工个人原因离职,我们都免费继续推荐。
7.   如有需要,我们可提供一定时期的免费入职后服务,随时跟进并关注员工的工作状态。
8.   候选人入职达到合同约定保障日期后的5个工作日内付清服务费尾款。
